At CO we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will accept returns or exchanges if the objects are returned to us within 21 days of purchase and are in their original condition. For all non-sale items purchased on our internet site, it is our policy, once we have received the item back in satisfactory condition, to refund the full price of the merchandise and the original shipping charges. We ask that the client absorb the costs associated with returning the item to CO. For sale items, no shipping charges can be refunded.
In case of incomplete, damaged, or wrong orders, please send an email to the above address as soon as you receive the item. All claims for loss/damage/wrong items must be made within 3 business days from the date the package was received.
