Between December 12 and December 24 enter for a chance to win a $200 shopping spree at CO with the presentation of a donation to the CO food drive.

Technically in the Christian calendar, the First Day of Christmas is actually Boxing Day (Dec. 26) and in olden times, began a period of celebration and consumption that lasted up to the Twelfth Night (Jan. 5). Customs dictated that the Twelfth Day was the last day for decorations to be taken down and it was thought to be bad luck to leave decorations up after this date.

However, this traditional timetable has been usurped by more secular traditions involving Santa Claus and the celebrations surrounding the New Year. Some now refer to the 12 days of Christmas as those leading up to the 25th of December.

On that note, and in light of the wiggle room afforded by the confusion surrounding the concept of the 12 days, we declare that CO's 12 days of Christmas run from December 12 to December 24.

During this period CO will host a food drive to collect non-perishable food items for the local Food Bank. We encourage you to bring in donations, and as a thank you we will enter you in a draw to win a $200 shopping spree at CO.
